Christmas vacation planning is one of the greatest ways to celebrate the holiday season. It is a great time to spend this occasion with family and friends. 4. Mysore
St. Philomena’s church was built in the honor of St. Philomena in Mysore. It was constructed in the year 1936 and its design was motivated by the cologne cathedral in Germany. A church was built at the same location by the Mummadi Maharaja. The Maharaja of Mysore positioned the foundation pebble of the church on Oct 28, 1933. In his tongue on the day of the inaugural ceremony, the Maharaja was quoted to have said- The new church will be powerfully and strongly built upon a double foundation-divine concern and enthusiastic gratitude of men.
